PRIME Cymru have helped countless mature individuals get back into employment, whether that be traditional employment, setting up their own business or supporting them in getting the qualifications they need. PRIME Cymru recognise the barriers that many older workers face. Their mission is to help people tackle these barriers and change society’s attitude towards older workers.
