Preparing to Set Up a New Business course

The course is designed to let you explore what is involved in the setting up of a new business

The course looks at what the challenges and risks of starting a business may be and develops knowledge around specific business skills such as marketing and business relationships.

What does the course involve?

By booking on to the course, you are committing to a course of 64 hours of guided learning which will include both classroom group learning and one-to-one support from a tutor. This will include attending 3 full training days. and 110 hours of guided learning. You will have work sheets to complete that will aid your journey to business creation.

What will I get out of the course?

• The ability to define the steps needed to set up your own business
• A dedicated assessor to work with
• A SFEDI Level 2 Award
