Richard offered a permanent job role, with support from PRIME Cymru

Richard Allen has a varied employment background, working in the property and care industry.

During a difficult stage of his career, when he was needing some extra support to secure a job role, Richard was put in touch with PRIME Cymru by his local Job Centre.

Development Officer, Michelle Rydell, supported Richard through face-to-face and telephone meetings. She provided interview coaching, assisted with his CV and looked over his job application.

Richard said: “This made a huge difference to me. Michelle was a massive support in guiding me and boosting my confidence. She made me feel at ease and was always very realistic.”

“Get in touch with PRIME Cymru for job support – they really listen and as an individual you feel invested in.”
Richard is now very pleased to have been offered a permanent job role within the care industry.

He said: “Get in touch with PRIME Cymru for employment support. They really listen and as an individual you feel invested in. They are a great source of knowledge and guide you to access resources.”
