Corinna Robinson Brings Positivity and Wellness to Lampeter with New Business

After a decade of working night shifts for the NHS, Corinna Robinson has transformed her life — and now she’s helping others do the same.  

Based in Lampeter, her new venture, Fired Up Nutrition, is a members-only health club designed to help people feel their best, both physically and mentally. 

Corinna was inspired to launch the business after losing five stone herself.  

“I want people to feel as amazing as I feel,” she said.  

Fired Up Nutrition offers free wellness evaluations, and members can then attend regular breakfast clubs. But it’s not just about weight loss. The space offers a warm, welcoming environment where people can connect, talk, and start their day on a positive note. 

With support from business mentor Julie Grabham through PRIME Cymru, Corinna has grown in confidence as an entrepreneur.  

She said: “Julie helped me realise that I am a businesswoman. She is helping me to believe in myself.”

Mentor Julie, who is a member of the club herself, recommended PRIME Cymru’s mentoring programme to help Corinna move the business forward.  

Her hints and tips have helped Corinna to improve her time management skills, and she now enjoys the flexibility that comes with running a business, allowing her more time to spend with grandchildren.
